We want you to love your Kylie Skin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain promotional items may be final sale.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Products
Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
